The E District UP portal offers all the need services in order to obtain a certificate or verification system of a different type.
The person who displays the E District UP certificate proves that they reside in the district, union, state, area in question. They can use this certificate in educational institutions as proof of address for applicants and in government services where local candidates are provide preference.

The bottom part of the form must be registered and your passport photo should also include the date.
