E District UP Death Certificate Apply Online Via Edistrict.up.nic.in

The E District  UP Death Certificate 2024, is issued by the urban development department of Uttar Pradesh. This document, which can also be obtain by relatives, or the family, will serve as a very valuable record.

This can be used for proof of the death date, to meet individual and government obligations and also to settle property disputes and family insurance.

Uttar Pradesh gives two websites where you can register for an e district death certificate.

The other is the urban local body, which gives services including online applications, status checks, death certificate search, and download.

Eligibility Criteria 

  • If a fatality has occurred in a household, then the person who is responsible for the death should either be the family head or the nearby relatives.
  • It is possible that a person has died outside your home
  • Any officer authorized by the Medical Office in Charge or any other institution such as a Maternity Home, Hospital Center, or Other Institutions.
  • The person responsible for a Hospital Boarding House or Dharamshala
  • Driving Vehicle: A driver of a car
  • Head of the Village or responsible of local Police Station

Documents Required 

  • Death of the dead proof
  • Confirmation specifying date and time death
  • You can use a copy of the ration card to prove your identity.
  • There are medical legal cases.

  • Form 2 issued by the police authorities
  • Post Mortem Report

Register Process 

If you want to fill out the E District UP death certificate please click the button. Then, enter all your information, such as the full name of the person decease, the date they died, their father and husband and guardian names, the mother name, the place where the death occur, the address, the mobile number give by the applicator, the name of the dead individual, the date the registration was made, the location the registration took place at, the serial number.

After filling in all information , the individual will need to submit the form along with any required document to the Common Service Center. The CSC Operator will fill out an online death certificate form and then send it to a competent officer.

Once you have submitted your form successfully, an application ID will appear, allowing you to monitor the progress of your application.
